1. Who we are
This site is operated by GroFeLure, a sole proprietorship, operations manager Yui Kousaka (高坂 夢郁). For any question about your personal information, contact us at [email protected]. Our full trade name and address are set out on the Legal Notice page.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil an order and answer enquiries:
- Name, email address, and shipping address
- Phone number, where you provide one
- Order details, custom-design instructions, and any images or references you send
- Messages you send us by email, chat or social media
- Messages you enter into the AI chat on this site — these are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply (see “Sharing with third parties” below)
- Payment is processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout; we do not receive or store your full card number
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age where parental consent is required in their country.
3. How we use your information
- To produce, confirm, ship and follow up on your order
- To answer your questions and provide customer support in English or Japanese
- To arrange international shipping and, where required, customs documentation
- To keep records required by law (for example tax and accounting records)
- Where you have given consent, to send occasional announcements about new work; you can opt out at any time by contacting us
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to complete your order, such as:
- Shipping and courier companies (to deliver your order and clear customs)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery
- Resend — sending order-notification emails
- Anthropic — generating AI chat replies from the messages you enter
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
Because we ship worldwide, your name and address may be shared with carriers and customs authorities in the destination country in order to deliver your order and clear customs.
Some of the service providers we use are located outside Japan. In particular, Stripe (payment processing), Resend (order-notification email), Anthropic (AI chat replies) and Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery) are based in the United States, so the personal information provided to them for these purposes is handled in the United States. Each provider handles the information it receives under its own data-protection terms (its privacy policy and data-processing agreement). By using this site, you agree to your personal information being transferred and processed as described in this policy.

6. Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Records required by tax and accounting law are kept for the period set by law (as a rule, 7 years).
7. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.
8. Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we introduce access-analytics tools in future, we will update this policy to describe their type, purpose and how to opt out.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its “last updated” date.

2. 取得する情報
ご注文の履行およびお問い合わせ対応に必要な範囲でのみ取得します。
- 氏名・メールアドレス・配送先住所
- 電話番号（ご提供いただいた場合）
- ご注文内容、オーダーデザインの指示、お送りいただいた画像・参考資料
- メール・チャット・SNSでいただいたメッセージ
- 本サイトの AI チャットにご入力いただいた内容（応答生成のため Anthropic に送信されます。詳細は「第三者への提供」をご覧ください）
- 決済は Stripe のホスト型チェックアウトが処理し、当方はカード番号そのものを取得・保持しません
各国で保護者の同意が必要とされる年齢に満たない方から、故意に情報を取得することはありません。
3. 利用目的
- ご注文の制作・確認・発送・アフターフォローのため
- お問い合わせ対応・カスタマーサポート（日本語・英語）のため
- 国際配送の手配および必要な通関書類の作成のため
- 法令上必要な記録（税務・会計等）の保存のため
- あらかじめご同意いただいた場合に、新作のご案内をお送りするため（配信停止はいつでもご連絡により承ります）
4. 第三者への提供
個人情報を販売することはありません。ご注文の履行に必要な範囲で、以下の委託先にのみ共有します。
- 配送・宅配事業者（配送および通関のため）
- Stripe（決済処理）
- Cloudflare（ホスティング・コンテンツ配信）
- Resend（注文通知メールの送信）
- Anthropic（ご入力内容からの AI チャット応答生成）
法令に基づく場合、または当方の権利を保護するために必要な場合には、開示することがあります。
5. 国外への移転
海外発送に対応しているため、ご注文の配送および通関のために、氏名・住所を配送先国の配送事業者・税関当局に共有する場合があります。
当方が利用するサービス提供者の一部は日本国外に所在します。特に、Stripe（決済処理）、Resend（注文通知メールの送信）、Anthropic（AIチャット応答の生成）、Cloudflare（ホスティング・コンテンツ配信）は米国（United States）に所在し、これらの目的で提供された個人情報は米国で取り扱われます。各提供者は、受け取った情報を自社のデータ保護に関する定め（プライバシーポリシー・データ処理契約）に基づいて取り扱います。お客様は、本ポリシーに記載のとおり個人情報が移転・処理されることに同意のうえ、本サイトをご利用いただきます。

6. 保存期間
上記の利用目的および法令上の保存義務に必要な期間に限り保有し、その後は削除または匿名化します。税務・会計に関する記録は、法令で定められた期間（原則として7年間）保存します。

当方が保有するお客様の個人情報について、確認・訂正・削除、または特定目的での利用停止をご請求いただけます。ご請求は [email protected] まで。本人確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応します。
8. Cookie・アクセス解析
本サイトは、サイトの動作に必要な最小限の Cookie のみを使用します。第三者による広告目的の Cookie は使用していません。将来アクセス解析を導入する場合は、その種類・目的・オプトアウト方法を本ポリシーに追記してお知らせします。
