Made-to-order and custom-embroidered items are, as a rule, not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange due to customer preference once production has begun. Items that arrive damaged or differ from the order will be repaired, replaced or refunded if you contact us within 7 days of delivery; return shipping in such cases is covered by us. On international orders. We ship overseas. Import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes are charged by the destination country's authorities and are the customer's responsibility. For made-to-order pieces, please confirm size and specification before ordering, as such items are generally not returnable for change-of-mind.
